Everything you need to know about our specialty Colombian coffee — from where it’s grown to how to brew the perfect cup, plus details on our private label program for businesses.

Where does Marcelino Coffee’s coffee come from?
Our coffee is grown on El Paraíso, our family farm in Risaralda, Colombia, at 1,500–1,800 meters above sea level — one of the country’s most important coffee-growing regions. It’s packed in Chinchiná, Caldas, and includes the Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, hand-picked at peak ripeness.
What makes our specialty Colombian coffee “premium”?
Our coffee scores 86 points on the Specialty Coffee Association’s cupping scale, the benchmark for true specialty-grade coffee. That score comes from hand-selecting only the ripest cherries, a full-washing and sun-drying process, and small-batch micro-roasting that preserves notes of caramel, vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon, orange, almond, and hazelnut.
Can I buy coffee with my own brand?
Yes. Through our Your Brand private label program, you can create your own coffee brand using our 100% Colombian specialty beans and customizable, eco-friendly packaging. We handle sourcing and packaging — you bring the brand identity.
What’s the minimum order for a private label / Your Brand order?
Minimum order quantities depend on your packaging and volume needs. Reach out through our Your Brand page and we’ll work out what makes sense for your business.
How long does it take to get my private label coffee?
Turnaround time depends on your order size and packaging choices. Once we understand what you need, we’ll give you a clear timeline.

What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout.
How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?
We micro-roast in small batches and pack right after roasting in biodegradable sugar-cane bagasse packaging, designed to protect flavor and aroma until it reaches your door.
What roasting methods do you use?
We roast this specialty Colombian coffee to a medium profile, which brings out the natural sweetness of the bean while preserving the caramel, vanilla, chocolate, and fruit notes that make it unique.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Not yet — for now you can order your specialty Colombian coffee directly through our Shop. We’re working on making that easier for regular drinkers.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something’s wrong with your order, reach out to us right away and we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Do you offer organic or fair-trade coffee options?
Our coffee is grown using environmentally friendly, sustainable farming practices, and our packaging is 100% biodegradable.
What’s the best way to store my coffee?
Keep your specialty Colombian coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture, ideally at room temperature. Avoid the fridge or freezer, and grind just before brewing for the best cup.
What’s the difference between brewing methods?
French press gives a fuller body with more oils for a rich, heavy cup. Pour-over produces a cleaner, brighter cup that highlights delicate notes. Espresso is brewed under pressure for a concentrated, intense shot. With tasting notes like caramel, vanilla, and chocolate, pour-over or French press really let those flavors shine.
